Welcome

"Be kind to your mind"

As a P.I.T and C.I.T, BlissfulMind was an accessible way to give help to anyone in need of mental health and wellbeing support. We've all felt often trapped, left feeling anxious, depressed and extremely upset by situations in life. Sometimes these have happened outside our control, some have been because we have felt there was no one to turn to and as a result are suffering.

Through guidance, blog articles and step by step plans, I offer that extra hand to help you through the most troublesome of times and struggling issues, so you can overcome anything in life.

It's okay to not be okay

What does it mean to have a blissful mind?

It can mean anything you want it to mean. It means feeling at peace, feeling content. People often make the mistake of feeling like they have to wait to be happy. People often think, "I will be happy when I get a promotion or I will be happy when I can go on holiday".

Yes, while these are all great things, you'll end up waiting for them to make you happy and you may be missing out on life moments around you that are actually really good.

Don't wait to be happy, choose to be happy

When you wake up in the morning, try thinking good thoughts. Try thinking today is going to be a good day. Of course for some there are problems that simply can't go away through positive manifestation. When you feel the world is getting on top of you and maybe you're drowning in your thoughts and feelings, reach out to someone. Try talking to people close to you. Anyone that really cares about you will want to listen to your problems.

If you weel there is no one to turn to, please message me and talk to me about what you're going through.

If you decide you want to talk to me, I promise you'll be met with empathy, compassion and no judgements
